Purchased an FX35 in December 2006 which the dealer had equipped with rims & tires.
2 years later the tires have gone bad and Glendale Infiniti will honor the tires (car has only 25,000 miles)
Warranty. Service manager will not even look at the car and ignores my call.
I will never buy another Infiniti all dealers are the same do not pay attention to their clients. More >> |

Service advisors absolutely no help!!! |

| I'm new to the forum, but I have been waiting a long time to vent my fury at Glendale Infiniti. On Feb 25, 2006 I was visiting CA from AZ with my family and the top caliper bolt on my '01 I30 fell out, so the caliper pivoted forward destroying my front wheel. More >> |
