A search did not find any other cases. I have two keys with the chip of one being used for Viper Remote Start function. It's been working fine for two years. The ignition key has been locking momentarily lately but always works on the second try; (usually after moving the steering wheel a bit). The battery went dead in the factory key. I replaced the battery and the key would not turn in the ignition. I started the car with the remote start and then the key could turn and we used the car. Now, the key will not turn with either the key with the chip in it or the spare key (this chip was removed for use with the remote start module). I tried following the procedure for renewing the key id: insert & remove the key 6x in 10 secs, the hazards blinked twice but then the next step is turn to acc...the key will not turn. So that's where I'm stuck. Checking the fuses and they seem ok. Any other ideas other than tow it to infiniti? (Note, the remote start still starts the car but we can't turn the key to "on")

Hi All,

Well I took on a bad ballast problem on my 2002 Q45.
I wasn't so bad once I found all the diagrams and help on this website.

Thank You all For the info.

But back to my original question. During this ballast replacement I managed to break all of those little black clips that hold down the grill, radiator cover and such.

Most were already broken and those that weren't - I finished them off:punch:

Does anywhere know where I can find these or is the dealer the only option? I found this website called clipsandfasteners but I don't know which ones to buy.

Any Help ? Thanks,
