I have a 07 G35S with 33k miles, and have always had trouble with the clutch starting out in first gear. The engagement point is too abrupt and I occasionally stall out in first. I have driven manual trans for over 35 years and have never had such a "tight" clutch. Can the dealer adjust the clutch to make it easier to manage.

Thanks. Done that. Trans replaced at 30k miles under warranty. Still no better. Not really sure why they replaced trans. A little noise when I let out clutch. Local mechanic said it sounded like a bearing in the clutch. Dealer offered to replace clutch for $2k (ha!!!). I will trade car when factory warranty runs out. Love the car, however.....

High clutch engagement points are a fact of life with the OEM clutch Nissan trannies.
