I took my Q45 to the dealer to fix a delay/hesitation problem. Armed with TSB-02048 document, the dealer replaced the pedal and installed a lighter weight pedal to fix the problem. So far, I've noticed a difference in acceleration.
But the ECM or TCM was not programmed to match the response at different speed range. I've complained to the dealer but they said it's not necessary. I still need to find the right answer. Can someone help? Thanks, F50Qship |

Hello
The delay problem is very common on the 02 Q45. We had many customers at our dealer with the same complain, even after the bulletin was perform, the problem was still there. Just to make sure they did the bulletin repair correctly, have them show you the current automatic transmission module (ATM) and the engine control module (ECM) part numbers. Once you have the numbers, compare the numbers to the ones in the bulletins below. Also, make sure the adjust the throttle cable. http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi.../ITB02-040.htm http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi.../ITB01-038.htm
