hey i have a very important question regarding the replacement of the stock headunit...i have the same year and model as in the video and i was wondering if you needed to get a whole new mounting system... and if you need a whole new airconditioning board cuz in the video it looks like the radio and a/c controls are all together....how did you get around this?

you don't need a new mounting system but you do need a new exterior panel for the head unit and a new AC controller. Kits are available for sale if you search the web / crutchfield.

Yes, but you have to do some wire cutting and splicing to tap into the audio signal prior to it entering the Bose amp. Follow this link. http://g35driver.com/forums/audio-vi...g35-coupe.html

Talking Adding iSimple Ipod module to radio

I just wanted to thank you guys for the great great video.
Without it my husband and I would still be scratching our heads trying to figure out how to unhinge the whole thing.
Thanks again - you've done us a great service!!!
