Default Great Description

I am not the most mechanically inclined person. Nevertheless, I was able to replace my incabin filter very easily after watching this video without a single hitch. Thanks so much - you saved me from having to go to the dealership!

It might be your computer. Mine brought it up right away and mine is not exactly state of the art. Perhaps your security settings won't allow it. For the written instructions did you follow these:

Great video, no wonder infinity doesn't show you where it's located in the owners manual. Don't think Infinity could have found a worse place to put the filter. Obviously, not much thought for the DYI owners

Hi folks, I'm new here.

Is a dirty filter the source of "dirty sock" smell when AC is run or is it something else?
