man I have the saaaaame thing, is it whistling or squeaking? mine does squeak when cruising or starting at low speeds after it warms up also, and I know where its coming from, when i drive it for a lil and it starts to do it, park ur car and lift that wheel that squeaks and put it to neutral and try spinning the wheel yourself, that sound comes from hub/bearing, have no idea how to fix it, i already changed the bearing and same thing, I just live with it

Yes you need a press to replaced the bearing, but bearings usually don't make a whistling noise. Whistling noise is usually cause by air, a high pitch squealing noise can cause by something rubbing against the wheels or brake rotor. Since your I30 is front wheel drive, you should be able to lift the front of the car (or the entire car) and run it to locate where the noise is coming from.
We just had a similar problem at the shop and the problem was the baking plate (the metal part behind the rotor) rubbing against the rotor. With a screw driver we separate the backing plate from the rotor and the noise was gone. Does the noise changes when you applied the brakes?

the noise doesnt change it just gets quiter and stops. them will start back up when moving the car. its a 50 50 it does it when it wants to i guess. when the car is cold it does not do it. only after 20-30 mins of driving it. its driving me crazy
