99 I30 cornering lamps

I have water in my cornering lamps. how do I remove the lamps to get it out. Is this a known problem?

Do you see cracks or anything?

No I do not. Do I pull all the plastic off from under the car in the area of the lamps or is there a different way?

to get the lamps out there is a 10mm bolt under sheilds in each coner

yeah you shouold be able to reach it through the underneath. just pull the splash guard and go at it.
