AC & Heater blower will not work

I have a 94 Q45 and today my A/C quit working, the fan blower will not blow but the LED symbol (high to low) showing the fan speed moves up and down but the fan blower does nothing, any ideas?

Try doing a Diagnoses by clicking on the following link:

Next, click on page 38 TROUBLE DIAGNOSES

I have the same exact problem with a '96 I30, I tried to look at the .pdf from the link that was provided, but it says that the doen't reside on the server. Can someone provide me with that same link for the I30, or just a little more info about what to look for?
