Default Bleeding (purging) air from cooling system

I recently changed the upper , lower ,and front heater hoses. In addition i also removed the metal cooling manifold on the pass. side to allow me access to the pass.side exhaust manifold. After all was said and done , I seem to be having trouble purging the system.Other than the one bleed vent located on the heater hose between the engine and the firewall , are there any others? Before this project everything was fine.
No heat in pass. compartment, upper hose gets warm, front heater hose warm, both left and right manifolds warm, bottom hose cool.Temp gauge goes up,but untill I vent ,I'm not running the car longer than 5 min. :?:

No that is the only bleed screw.

There is a bulletin for the Altima, that can help you with the bleeding procedure.
