Default Can the interior armrest be tightened?

Hi all,
I have a 2006 G35 sedan.
Now that I've gotten the center console rattle resolved (dealer padded the inside of the console where the plastic pieces join), I have another one I want to fix and am wondering if it's something I can do maybe with my brother's help. I have a slight rattle that seems to be coming from the upper area of my driver's window but I notice if I push in on my interior driver's door door arm rest/handle, the noise stops. So I'm thinking it may be the door armrest, not the window causing the noise. How would I go about tightening the interior driver's door armrest? There are no screws holding it on so I guess it's secured from inside the door itself? Is it possible to get to it somehow to tighten the armrest?
Thanks,
Mary

My right door panel used to squeak as it made contact with the dash when the door was closed. I put a piece of the fuzzy side of some velcro in there and it fixed it. The dash eventually compressed enough so I could remove the velcro. You may have a different problem though.

I took off the armrest trim and checked the screws holding the armrest to the door. They were very tight so that rules out the armrest being loose. It's just weird that when I hear what sounds like the window rattling I give the armrest a shove and it stops. What's in the door panel right behind the armrest that could be temporarily stopping the rattle when I push on the armrest and anyfix? Thanx and happy Friday!

Well, a car and road with the twisting and movement of such will cause rattles. It's not something that can be solved. So velcro is one idea and there my be more. Good luck
