Dashboard lit up

Leaving work today numerous signal lights came on. These all came on without provocation: brake, slip, low tire icon and in addition there was an alarm that sounded too.

When I got home -- yes, I drove it -- a block from home I engaged the snow switch. I think it engaged, but no "on" light showed on that switch. Also, when I got in the garage, I engaged the parking brake and released. Also pushed the vdc on/off button. None of these did anything.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what happened, but try disconnecting the car battery for about 5 minutes to reset all the systems.

Same thing just happened to my 2007 G35. What was the problem?
