Thank you infinitihelp.com! With the help of the service manual I was able to understand which electrical contact pins were suppose to supply power and ground to the vent control head which had 16 leads. I was ultimately able to track down the problem as a result. I am very grateful for the free assistance. If I did this very much, it would be well worth the cost to become a member. I recommend it to everyone!
