I have a blackberry 8330 and it only comes out of 1 speaker. You can raise the volume on your phone so they may be able to hear you better. You can also increase the volume for you by increasing on the volume button on the radio or steering wheel.

Passenger speaker only = normal.
My phone not on Infiniti's list and it works fine. Found b/c of mic location in coupe, I have to point my voice at mic to be heard well to other party. Basically turn my head to the right and up directly at mic in upper console where it's at then speak. Even with both windows up for low road/wind noise. Bad design where mic is on coupes imho.
