Default G35 Coupe speaker door trim

I'm really upset because I accidentally scratched up the speaker door trim on my passenger side. It's really stupid because from far away the door trim looks like metal, but upon closer examination it's actually paper painted to look like metal. You would think this wouldn't be a problem to just replace the speaker trim right? Well, turns out you have to chance the whole door panel because it's a whole integrated piece. Cost is $550. Ouch. Does anybody have any ideas to fix this? Are there scrap yards where I could possibly go to get a replacement door panel?
