Hmmm, this appears to read, "Who has a good oboina large size??" but I think something is literally being lost in translation. Maybe the question is "Who has a good large wheel package?"

I did a Russian to English translation. The thread in the videos thread came to "Thank you very much" or more directly, "Enormous thanks!" I was not able to find a translator that could translate "oboina" though.
