I went out of town for a week and when I returned I tried to start my 02' Infinity G20. It was low on gas so I filled it up and just about wore out the starter trying to get it started. I had it towed to Firestone where a personal friend told me that they could not help because the vehicle's immobilzation system was triggered and I had to have it towed to the dealer. The dealer just called me and said its the IMMU module that has gone bad and is about to call back with a price quote. I am sure they are going to stick me with a hefty bill. Is there any way to disable the whole entire IMMU/NATS/ECU system by using a remote start package, or anything at all I can do to avoid this bill? Any advise is appreciated.

Yeah, I took both to Firstone, then they said it was out of their control and I took both to the dealer when towed. The dealer said they saw that one hey had the number one and the other had the number two and if when I came back from out of town if I tried to start my car with the one that I dont use all the time. I am sure I used the one on my primary key ring because I had to dig the other set out of my golf bag.
