BTW, I have tried to download the EXT section of the Service manual without success. I get an error message that the file is damaged and I cannot open. The other two available files download fine.
Can you please check the file to see why it won't download?

I checked the file and its OK. Did you tried to download the files the same day?

No it was actually the first file I tried. It may have something to do with my firewall at my work although the other files downloaded ok.
