The knock sensor will not cause the engine to stumble.

What exactly is that quote for? The P0325 is for the knock sensor and the P0308 is for the cylinder #8 misfiring, it could be bad injector, spark plug or ignition coil.

I agree with sergey85, you should use NGK platinum oem spark plugs.

Don't do the tune up yet until you find what is the problem with the cylinder misfire. A tune will not repair the problem.

Since you have the P0308 you may try replacing only the #8 spark plug. Also, you mention that the air filter was dirty, you should replaced that too. If that fixes you problem, you can go ahead and replaced the rest of spark plugs, filters and fluids.

Default I had a tune up done now check engine soon light is on

I had a tune up done on my 97 q45 last weekend, and today driving to work my SES light came on. So I want to advance auto to check the code here they are P0305 & P0325 KNOCK SENSOR ERROR & MISFIRE ON CYNLINDER #5. I called the mechanic that work on my car and ask him did he used NGK plugs he said no he used BOSCH. I said why I told him to get NGK I dont care how much they cost. So I will be going to him tomorrow to change these plugs to see if this fix the problem with the misfire on cynlider #5. Now for the knock sensor code do I need to replace this if so I can have him do that while he changing the plugs, or are this is a common problem for q45.

At the beginning of the summer season I will usually add about two quarts of 120 octane [Cam2] racing fuel to 1/2 to 3/4 tank of 91 octane already in the tank (If you know anyone who races at your local dragstrip, they will know where to get the 120). This keeps my injectors clean and helps keep the carbon burned off the valves, and the 97-Q running smooth.

You can also pay for a consult diagnostic check at the Infiniti dealer, then make the repairs yourself. I've also done this before on my old 92-Q.

Hope this helps.
