q45 dies on highway

Dead stop tow home has fuel pressure 70psi+ fuel exiting the return line cam shaft turning on the right sive visual thru the oil fill has compression on the left side. have not checked spark, last thing i notoced after tow truck ride saw a code for transmission something or a another. Any help would be sweet. Charlie
