Default Purchased from Lokey Infiniti Clearwater Florida

Just pu new 07 G-35 was impressed with the way I was handled and the delivery process. I've purchased from other (non infiniti) dealerships and they rank as high as my (former Volvo) dealership. I don't live close to this dealer but will bring car back to them. I will let you know how they handle my servicing.

Thumbs up Props to Gunn Infiniti

I would like to use my 1st post on this forum to praise the local dealer whom I bought my '07 G35 sedan from. My entire purchase experience has been nothing short of extraordinary from the moment I first set foot in their showroom over a month ago to just picking up my license plates yesterday, everyone there from receptionist to even other sales associates have all been extremely helpful & courteous. The fact that they are the only Infiniti dealer in town sure put their competition (other monopolized car dealerships) to shame.

Default Purchased from Frontier Infiniti in San Jose CA

I just bought a 2007 G35S from Frontier Infiniti. Since I have access to the VPP program, there was no haggling, and the entire experience was smooth and easy. I liked how I was treated by the dealer and would recommend them.

Just purchased G35Journey w/ sunroof & 18" wheel pack from Hoy-Fox Infinity in El Paso. Great to deal with, gave Edmunds trade value on our trade-in and less than TMV on the G35. Jerry Franklin is a knowledgeable and straight-forward salesman. Definately will buy from them again :)

I am from Houston and I go to Clearlake and West Houston. I have not had any trouble out of either one. Very fast and good. Pays alot attention to detail.

Default Interesting 1st service

Well, not too sure how I feel about the service on my 2007 G-35. Here's how it went..... Called 2 weeks ahead of time to set a Saturday appt. I called and confirmed the appt this week and had them read back what I was bringing the car in for. Upon arrival they handled me within 10 minutes of and we went over my list. Got loaner and left....Was told I'd be called when car was done (about 4 hrs) callled back after 5 no answer from the service department so I drove over to see if it was ready....Guess what.. only thing done was an oil change and all other parts needed to be ordered. I drove 60 miles to service my car and even though I confirmed all that needed to be done this was how I was treated. AMAZING. Never received a call to tell me the car was ready or any explanation of why they didn't do any other work. Here's their response ...We run a small crew on Saturday. I'm wondering why we would be treated in a manner differently on a Saturday than during the week. I hope when they call when all the parts they need arrive I will be treated better. I'll let you all know.

Purchased 2005 G35x from Sheehy Infiniti in Annapolis MD. Great experience but the car had some issues. I was a little disappointed with the follow on service that is usually provided from higher-end car dealers. They had made various promises about item that the car did not have but never delivered. Have not been back since.

Servicing: The car is serviced at Chantilly Infiniti of Northern VA. Great dealership. I should have bought my car from them. The service crew has been more than helpful fixing a lot of the issues the 2005 G35’s have.

Follow up....Well, if you are following my service department introduction here's the latest...Dealer received parts for repairs...BTW didn't call when last part arrived as they said they'd do....strike two....Made appointment for today about two weeks ago they took my car in on time and provided a loaner wonderful, but here's the rest of the story... Had a hard time replacing the seat heater conectors(said this was the first ones they'd ever done) car came back later than they said and guess what...Seats had grease on them and YES they scratched the center console...How about that. Well, can't wait to get my CUSTOMER SURVEY....I'm not impressed with this type of service...Will contact dealer on Monday to let them know.... Bottom line some dealers are no different than what I've experienced in the past with other makes.
