Rate and Write a Review for your Infiniti Dealer

I can't even make an service appointment with South Motors Infiniti. Made 5 calls in 3 days,. Left messages with 3 different service reps. - no call back yet.

My internet research(Edmunds, Consumer Reports, etc.) led me to the G35x. Infiniti's corporate website led me to a local dealer, Competition Infinity in St. James.
The initial back and forth Q&A, prices, inventory, was all handled via email over the course of two weeks. I met my salesperson in person for the first time the evening of 11/20. She thoroughly explained the features and options available to me and showed me what was available in their inventory - a quite large selection. We did not further discuss price, since she had already quoted me a number very close to Dealer Invoice Price.
The dealership was anxious to get me behind the wheel as quickly as possible, offering to have the car ready that evening. This, however, was not convenient for me and we agreed to take delivery the following day, 11/21.
When I arrived at noon my car was prepped and ready to go as soon as we finalized all the necessary paperwork. My salesperson took the time to walk me through the Bose Radio and Navigation systems, even setting the link to my Bluetooth telephone.
She then introduced me to the Service Manager, who gave me a nice list of recommended service intervals as well as a roster of Service Department staff.
As I was about to leave the dealership's lot, my salesperson surprised me with a gift package containing a dealership branded cap, travel mug, and umbrella. This was a nice touch.

After buying several cars over the years I have never had such a pleasant purchasing experience.

Driving home was a blast, even in traffic. I do love this car.

Here's the extra on the dealership....dealer is making it up to me in several different ways. I'll see how they preform and I'll write with the results...stayed tune.

I purchased my G35 from Willowdale - the sales staff were really good - no complaints. That said the first service could have been better - the did some work but the day after I noticed that work was not done to my satisfaction - I brought it back the next day - I just dropped in - the good thing is that they remembered my name a rectified the problem

Lynnes Infiniti of NJ quoted me the best price between several NJ and NY (where I live) dealerships over the phone - they actually beat my offer price which shocked me (I purchased in full). They were professional and very pleasant - took delivery same day of new '08 G35x in Oct 2007. Good parking - they park it for you when you arrive. Couldn't be happier - they even through in touchup paint for free, however, being an out-of-state buyer it took a little over a month to get new plates. At the time of purchase I was told numerous times it would take "only a week max." Three weeks in without plates and temp plates expired, I was not happy the way the handled the situation (they kept saying it will come "tomorrow" and had a careless attitude about it). Overall I would probably buy again for their price and service but a little honesty or better knowledge of how long out of state plates delivery does take would have made this review nothing but praise.

Just don't get your car serviced here, ever. Terrible customer service, self-centered reps, never return calls, always too busy to help you right away, and very condescending.

2007 G35x, Purchased new 12/06. All service visits have been GREAT !! Always a car avalible so I don't have to wait at dealership. Just completed 15K service on 1/9/08. Service was great including complimentary car wash at end of each service. Service advisor Mark is also great. Dealer is 90 minutes away, closest I could get. So far I am very satisfied.
The purchase was the quickest and easiest I have ever had. Salesman Mike was very knowledgeable. No bull involved, just a smooth transaction, received more for my trade than expected. Rochester, NY is a great place to buy and Infiniti.
