My new M45 is the third auto purchased from Infiniti of South Bay (Torrance, CA). Over the years I have purchased over 30 autos and found this dealer had the best buying experience. No haggle, no BS, no long wait for finance. Great management team, sales professionals and service department. If you're shopping, do your self a favor and try them out.
I have an Infiniti dealer 2 miles from my house however, I chose Infiniti of South Bay (19 miles) because of great service!
To my fellow "M" owners, do I need to say anything about this fine automobile?

I recently bought an fx35 07' from Orlando Infiniti here in florida. great service, no bs, however they were not willing to budge on the price.
They were up front about all cost and were real close to the edmunds cost sheet in the end. Great car so far.

Hi Guys

Just got my FX and so far I am less then pleased with my dealership.

I took the car in for discolored door trim and the service manager told me it was my problem and that I would just have to live with it. He did not even look for a Service Bulletin for the issue. Typical lazy dealership employee. I am downloading the TSB now. And plan on heading back up to the dealership today. I don't understand why I have to do this. But oh well I will do what I have to do.

It was Bradshaw Infiniti in Greenville, SC. I went up there on Friday and had a completely different experience. They made me an appointment and all that stuff. So maybe I overreacted. The same guy told me Friday that once they replace the door trim it is just going to fade again. My brakes are squeeking when I back up. It is not just the first time I drive it however it is all of the time.
