I uses two different dealers for different reason. One for major service and one for minor stuff. Since Costa Mesa Infiniti is 40 miles away and that where I bought my FX, I use them for all of my major service. They are also cheaper. As for minor service(oil change) I go to Santa monica Infiniti. They are more expensive but closer to my home. Plus most of the SA at SM infiniti are idiots. Last time I was there he try to sell me bunch of B.S. service that I didn't need. I am so glad that I am not a mechanical idiot.
