I need to install shocks on my Q' I am a decent mechanic but I don't have the time to work my way through this project. I need info to do the job correctly and efficiently. I also picked up a new set of Eibach springs during a little horsetrading. thought I might wanna try them sometime. This may be that time while I am that far into the project. Anyone have any thoughts on using these springs?

One of my fellow SoCal Q owner ride with Eibach springs and likes it very much. It is more compliant than the Custom Cali springs.
I used to have the Custom Cali springs installed in my 94Q. Combined with Tokico blues the ride is stiff. I put back my OEM springs. I didn't have much time either in putting in these shocks, I paid $200 labor for all shocks installed. |

Replacing the shocks it's not complicated at all, but it does require some special tools and a lift. You just have to remove the upper mount nuts (3 each shock), bottom bolt, remove shock assembly, compress coil, remove old shock, install in reverse order.
$200 was a good price for the installation F50Qship.
