I think the most important is the P0300, but what I suggest to do is erase all the codes and fix the one that comes back first.

A good place to start looking at codes is helpforcars.net. They even link back to Infinitihelp if there are tsb's related to the code. Here is information on the P0300 code.
http://helpforcars.net/obd_codes/codes.php?code=P0300 The next place is to check the "engine control" section of the service manual. As a subscribed member you should be able to pull up the manual and check out the service procedures in the section.
