Infiniti is conducting a voluntary safety recall campaign on certain specific 2011 - 2013 model year QX56, 2014 model year QX80, 2011 - 2013 model year M56, and 2014 - 2015 model year Q70 vehicles to re-torque the fuel rail pressure sensor. This service will be performed at no charge for parts or labor.

On the Applied Vehicles listed above, the navigation, mobile phone, iPod®, and voice recognition functions may not be working as intended. To remedy this potential condition, Infiniti is conducting this voluntary service campaign to update the navigation software at no charge for parts or labor. In addition, as part of this navigation software update, a call waiting function will be added to the hands-free phone system.

Infiniti has recently developed a Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) programming enhancement specific to the 2011 QX56. Even without this enhancement, the subject vehicles are safe and pass the applicable safety standards. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, Infiniti will notify existing customers of this VDC programming enhancement and offer to reprogram their vehicles at their convenience.
