Infiniti has determined that some 2003–2004 model year Infiniti G35 sedan/coupe vehicles and 2003-2006 model year Infiniti FX35/45 vehicles may have a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety. There is the possibility that the fuel filler hose may crack and result in fuel leakage from the hose while refueling. If an ignition source is present, a fire could occur. In addition, fuel vapor hoses may crack and cause the malfunction indicator lamp to come on. To prevent this condition from occurring, Infiniti is conducting a Voluntary Safety Recall Campaign to replace the fuel filler and vapor hoses with new ones.
Infiniti has determined that some 2002-2003 model year Infiniti vehicles may have a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety. The engine might stop running while being driven if the crank position sensor or cam position sensor fails. This may also result in the “Service Engine Soon” light coming on or reduced engine power. If the engine stops running while driving, this could result in a crash without warning.

2003 INFINITI G35 COPUE; VOLUNTARY SERVICE CAMPAIGN SEAT HEATER HARNESS
On some model year 2003 G35 Coupes, equipped with manual transmissions, the seat heater controls may not operate correctly. In some cases, the seat heater switch on the driver’s side may activate the passenger side seat heater. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to install a harness that corrects this condition.
Infiniti has determined that some 2003 model year Infiniti G35 vehicles may have a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety. The brake lamp switch in these vehicles may malfunction. If this occurs, the brake lamps will not illuminate when the brake is applied, which could result in a crash. To prevent this condition from occurring, Infiniti is conducting a Voluntary Safety Recall Campaign to replace the brake lamp switch.
