Windshield “foreign material” that is on the surface of the glass in some cases can be cleaned off with a very particular type and grade of steel wool.
2005-2013 ALL INFINITI MODELS; CAN COMMUNICATION – NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC FLOW CHART
This TSB is for troubleshooting of CAN Modules with “Diag-On-CAN” Diagnostics. The flow charts are meant to troubleshoot current CAN DTCs. The flow charts are intended to diagnose one module at a time; repeat the process as needed for additional control units.
1990-2013 ALL INFINITI MODELS; STRUT REPLACEMENT GUIDELINES
This bulletin provides information to identify:
A leaking strut or a shock absorber that qualifies for replacement under warranty.
A strut or shock absorber that has slight oil seepage, a condition which is considered normal, does not affect strut/shock absorber operation or performance, and does not require replacement.
A strut or shock absorber that should be replaced due to rod resistance/noise issues.
ALL INFINITI MODELS; MIL ON WITH DTC B2190
DTC B2190 (NATS ANTENNA AMP) can be stored for the following reasons:
1. Something other than an Intelligent Key is inserted into the Key-Slot.
2. An Intelligent Key issue.
3. A wiring issue between the Key-Slot and the BCM.
4. A Key-Slot issue.

A squeak or rattle in one or more of the following areas:
• Center Speaker
• Center Vent area
• Center Air Vent Lid
• Meter area
• Defrost (mounting) Nozzle
• HVAC control panel
2013 INFINITI JX35; NOISE FROM FRONT SUSPENSION OVER BUMPS
A clunking/creaking/knocking noise coming from the front suspension coil spring and strut upper bearing area when driving over bumps at a low speed (5-15 mph).

There is a vibration or judder feeling from the rear of the vehicle;
• when making turns
• on dry roads
• at low speeds (under 40 MPH)

The above vibration does not occur if the Electric Controlled Coupling is electrically disconnected.
