- REVISED - 2014 INFINITI QX60 HYBRID; CVT JUDDER
When driving an applied vehicle, a judder (shudder or multiple bumps or vibrations) happens during one of the following conditions:
-During light acceleration below 20 mph with less than 20% throttle opening
Or
-During constant throttle application at constant speed between 50 – 60 mph

All “hands free” functions of the Intelligent Key (I-Key) do not work. For example, the doors will not lock or unlock when pressing either front door request switch.

Infiniti is issuing this Technical Service Bulletin to further clarify for service technicians the diagnosis and resolution process for customer inquiries about Occupant Classification Systems (OCS) operation. This TSB applies only to vehicles using the two stain gauge OCS, and explains the pressures necessary to confirm that this type of OCS is operating as designed.

For the APPLIED VEHICLES, the below language supersedes similar language in existing owner’s manuals. 2013 INFINITI JX35, 2014 QX60; AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER LOSES MEMORY
With the ignition turned ON, the following Automatic Drive Positioner (ADP) related items operate as stated below:
The driver’s seat, outside mirrors, and steering wheel will not adjust to preset positions.
Memory positions 1 and 2 do not work when their buttons are pressed.
The LED memory position and set indicator light does not come on.
The outside mirrors can NOT be adjusted with the power mirror switch.
The driver’s seat and steering wheel can be adjusted with the steering wheel switch.
