Intermittently, the theft alarm triggers (horn sounds and lights flash) when one of the following occur:
Using the lock, unlock, or trunk open function on the Intelligent Key
Pushing a handle request switch (door or trunk)
Touching a door handle one touch unlock sensor
Opening a door or the trunk with the vehicle unlocked

When diagnosing the front sonar parking sensor for potentially unwanted activation (e.g. sonar activates with no obstacle ahead), inspect the front license plate, front license plate frame and if equipped, the front license plate bracket.
2013 INFINITI JX, 2014-2015 QX60, Q50; THEFT ALARM TRIGGER HISTORY FUNCTION
The function to detect the last item to trigger the vehicles theft alarm system can now be accessed with CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus).

The Intelligent Keys used on the various Infiniti vehicles may not be interchangeable between models and years.
2014–2015 INFINITI Q50, Q50 HYBRID; TRUNK RELEASE POWER CANCEL SWITCH SERVICE INFORMATION
If the glove box is removed for any reason (for example, installing an accessory kick plate, replacing an in-cabin microfilter, etc.), verify the trunk release power cancel switch operates normally after installing the glove box.

The steering wheel makes a faint squeaking/ticking noise when turned left or right.
ALL INFINITI MODELS; SERVICING RUN FLAT TIRES AND LOW PROFILE TIRES EQUIPPED WITH TPMS SENSORS
When servicing run flat tires or low profile tires:
Special equipment and procedures are required to avoid damage.
Specifically, Tire Pressure Monitor transmitters (TPMS sensors) can be damaged when improperly dismounting and mounting tires.
TPMS sensors becoming damaged during mounting or dismounting tires are not covered under warranty.
To avoid such damage, ensure that the tire changer being used and the operator of the tire changer are capable of servicing run flat and low profile tires.
Operator’s manuals for such tire changers must be followed.
