If one or more DTCs listed below are found stored in Self Diagnosis, use the REPAIR FLOW CHART on page 2 to assist in diagnosis.

ALL INFINITI MODELS; REMOVAL PROCEDURE FOR SEIZED EXHAUST SENSOR
If an exhaust sensor is seized in the exhaust manifold/catalyst/front tube, perform the procedure described in this bulletin to remove the sensor and prevent unnecessary replacement of the exhaust manifold/catalyst/front tube.
-REVISED- 2001-2010 ALL INFINITI MODELS; EXTERIOR LAMP FOGGING
Customers may notice water in the exterior lamps. Customers may think that this condition is a defect in the lamp. However in many cases some amount of moisture is considered normal.
-REVISED- 2004-2010 INFINITI QX56; CLICKING NOISE FROM REAR AXLES DURING TAKE-OFF/ACCELERATION
An applied vehicle has a “clicking” noise coming from the rear axles during take-off/acceleration.
2008 INFINITI QX56; MIL “ON” WITH DTC P0128 (THERMOSTAT FUNCTION) STORED
An Applied Vehicle has the MIL “ON” with DTC P0128 (Thermostat Function) stored in the ECM.

The navigation system (if equipped) in the Applied Vehicles listed above has a HDD (Hard Disc Drive) map data storage system. This bulletin contains the information and instructions for updating/upgrading the map data with a new version.
ALL INFINITI MODELS; REMANUFACTURED ENGINE LUBRICATION UPON INITIAL START UP
During remanufactured engine storage, upper engine lubrication may dissipate/disperse. Camshaft scoring or seizure may occur at initial start up unless the procedure below is followed.
