2014-2018 INFINITI Q70, QX80; INTELLIGENT KEY BATTERY DISCHARGED
If the Intelligent Key is stored within 15 feet of the vehicle, the BCM may continue to “ping” the Intelligent Key keeping it awake. Keeping the Intelligent Key awake may result in discharging its battery in a much shorter period of time than normal (premature battery discharge).
2015 INFINITI Q50, QX60; INTELLIGENT KEY BUTTONS INOPERATIVE
If it appears for ONLY ONE OF the Intelligent Keys that all “RKE” lock/unlock/panic/trunk button functions of that specific Intelligent Key do not work BUT
The doors will lock and unlock when pressing either front door request switch while using that particular Intelligent Key
2013 INFINITI JX35, 2014-2015 Q50, Q50 HYBRID, QX60, QX60 HYBRID; INTELLIGENT KEY DOES NOT WORK INTERMITTENTLY
All “hands free” functions of the Intelligent Key (I-Key) do not work. For example, the doors will not lock or unlock when pressing either front door request switch.
2013 JX35, 2014 Q50, QX60; ONE OR BOTH INTELLIGENT KEYS LOST PRIOR TO CUSTOMER DELIVERY
If one or both Intelligent Keys cannot be located prior to customer delivery of an Applied Vehicle, refer to the applicable section of this bulletin for Intelligent Key registration instructions.
